So that’s very true, isn’t it?
I decided to start this Health blog because of my own experiences with fitness training, and more specifically Group Fitness Training, outdoors in the park, alongside the waterfront, and up and down some crazy steep concrete steps…
But as this page is supposed to tell you “About”, I suppose I should tell you “About” starting out on a personal training course:
At first, and I mean two, maybe three weeks’ worth of sessions, EVERYTHING hurt.
But in a good way, because then I knew something must be working, right?
And once the pain (I wish there were a better word) got better, on the days I wasn’t able to train, I was missing the sessions!
So they must be a good thing, because I find myself wanting to go out, daily, and hit those crazy steep steps!
